Dr. Tara graduated with distinction from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She went on to complete four years of extensive study at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she graduated cum laude and with clinic honours in 2015. Dr. Tara also holds certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University.
About Dr. TaraPam started her career as an RMT in 2018, to say she has a real passion for it would be an understatement. Her own experiences and interests have led her down a unique path in the massage therapy world beyond the usual methods and modalities used by RMTs. After becoming certified Pam has continued learning, completing courses in Pelvic Health, Cesarean Scar Release, and most recently she’s completed 2 levels of Visceral Manipulation working towards a full certification with the Barral Institute.
About PamNadia Qahwash graduated from York University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree and specialization in Kinesiology. Throughout her high school and undergraduate degree, Nadia adopted a passion for health, the human body and helping others around her reach their physical potential. Hoping to make an impact in her community she applied to the Physical Therapy program and was accepted to Queen’s University and graduated in the summer of 2016.
Laura has been a Registered Physiotherapist since 2018, graduating from Western University with her Masters of Physical Therapy. During her time in school, Laura discovered Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and was instantly drawn to this role in the profession.
Marli treats the full spectrum of ages with varying needs, including babies with Torticollis, athletes of all levels, and those who need some support in ensuring that their bodies are capable of allowing them to live their lives to the fullest.
Dr. Jones provides care for all conditions ranging from general aches and pains to specific problems like arthritis, ankle sprains and/or hip injuries. She has a special interest in treating pre- and post-natal patients, as well as providing pediatric care. Dr. Jones also enjoys treating neck complaints, headaches/ migraines, temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and tailbone pain (coccydynia).
Dr. Allen graduated with distinction from Brock University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He continued his educational journey with an intensive 4-year degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College graduating in 2013. Dr. Allen holds a certificate in SHIFT concussion management.
Erica started her career as an RMT working with athletes, specifically marathon runners, helping them prepare and maintain their training form, as well as desk workers, helping them to correct common postural issues. More recently, after giving birth to her son, she has shifted her focus to treating the pre- and post-natal population.
She is excited to have completed her training to become a Lactation Educator & Support, and to be able to offer this service to those in need.
Jessica has followed her passion from Mechanical Engineering to Massage Therapy. On the surface, two unrelated fields, but both fields require an understanding of complex systems, root cause analysis, 3D visualisation, physics, full-time geekery, and more. Jessica graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2016, prepared by the best with a dynamic, integrated understanding of human physiology, biomechanics, and neurology.
Linda believes that the key to achieving optimum health lies in finding balance among the physical, emotional and spiritual realms. Using massage therapy as a starting point, she strives to create greater body awareness and nurture that wholistic balance in her patients.
Megan started her journey into the health and wellness field in 2007 when she graduated from a massage practitioner program in Vancouver. After working in the field for 7 years she returned to Ontario to continue her education and became and RMT in 2016.
Stephanie Mosselman is a Registered Massage Therapist affiliated with The Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario and registered with The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Stephanie graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2002 and has since been effectively and respectfully treating clients in Kitchener-Waterloo.
When receiving a treatment from Sandra, you can expect a detailed assessment during the first appointment to determine the best treatment course to address your needs. Her treatments include a mixture of traditional (Swedish) and non-traditional massage techniques including joint mobilizations, remedial exercises, and education/home care strategies. As a high-energy person, Sandra's treatments tend to be more on the active side, although you'll still leave with that post-massage "aahhhh" blissful feeling.
Verity is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. Given half a chance, she could happily talk about Osteopathy all day long, but would much prefer that people experience it for themselves. Her approach to treatment is centered around removing the root cause of dysfunction, and helping patients rediscover their optimal health.

Dr. Carissa is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor and registered member of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario who has met the Standard of Practice for Prescribing. Melody has been working in the social service industry since 2011 and graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor Degree in Psychology in 2011 and a Masters of Social Work Degree in 2015. Melody has worked in children’s mental health since 2015 in a variety of capacities from mental health system navigation and advocacy work to parent education and capacity building. Melody practices from an attachment lens and is passionate about helping parents foster secure attachments with their children and youth. Melody completed her Circle of Security Parenting facilitation training in June 2018 and uses the key concepts in this program through all facets of her work with clients.
