Becky Trezise
Pilates instructor and pre- and postnatal fitness coach

Becky Trezise is a Pilates instructor and pre- and postnatal fitness coach, as well as a mom of two toddlers. Since 2019, she has been helping clients build strength, improve movement, and feel more connected to their bodies through both group classes and private 1-on-1 sessions on the mat and Reformer.

Her passion for fitness began in university, where she first discovered the powerful connection between physical strength and mental well-being. What started as a way to feel better in her body quickly grew into a lifelong commitment to movement and health.

After experiencing pregnancy and postpartum recovery firsthand—welcoming two babies in two years—Becky developed a deep passion for supporting women through this transformative stage of life. She has completed extensive continuing education in women’s health, including her certification as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Becky’s approach is rooted in helping women feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies. She strives to create a space where clients leave each session feeling not only physically stronger, but also calmer, more empowered, and more at ease.

Outside of the studio, Becky enjoys walking her dog while listening to a podcast, baking, reading, and guilty-pleasure reality TV shows.
