Rachel attended the University of Toronto earning a Bachelor of Kinesiology while playing on the Varsity Blues Field Hockey team. She has over ten years of professional experience as a fitness leader and continues to pursue continuing education opportunities in new areas of interest. Rachel began as a Zumba instructor and quickly found her passion for helping others to feel their best through movement. Now, Rachel teaches Mat Pilates, Strength Training, Cardio Dance, and Barre sessions to her clients. After experiencing an injury to her pelvis and learning about prenatal fitness alongside a pregnant co-worker, Rachel quickly became interested in the pre and post natal fitness experience. She enjoys guiding new parents on this exciting journey and takes pride in ensuring her clients feel confident and at ease to move their bodies while pregnant and in postpartum. Her ultimate goal is to have her clients leave feeling better than when they started and strongly values the mental and emotional benefits of fitness just as much as the physical ones.
