Andi is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a background in Kinesiology and Physical Education and a passion for helping people move, feel, and function at their best. Andi is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners.
Her approach to osteopathy is gentle, individualized, and grounded in a whole-body perspective. She works with people of all ages, from infants to adults, and enjoys helping patients better understand their bodies while supporting their health and wellbeing.Andi has a particular interest in family wellness, postpartum care, and working with babies and children. She also enjoys supporting people with everyday aches and pains, movement-related concerns, and the physical demands of busy family life.
Her goal is for every patient to leave feeling heard, cared for, and a little more at home in their body.
Outside of the clinic, Andi is a mom of two girls and is learning tennis, dancing, and finding fun in everyday life.
