Angelica is passionate about helping clients move better and feel better through personalized, therapeutic care. With a strong passion for anatomy and understanding how the body functions, she takes a thoughtful approach to treatment. As a mother of two baby boys, Angelica understands the physical demands that come with pregnancy, postpartum recovery, parenting and everyday life. She especially enjoys treating prenatal and postnatal clients, as well as those experiencing overuse conditions, muscle tension and stress-related discomfort. Her goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where clients feel cared for, understood and empowered through their wellness journey.
Angelica completed her Massage Therapy diploma at Conestoga College in 2025 after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph in 2021. Her educational background supports a well-rounded understanding of health, movement and rehabilitation.
She believes massage plays an important role in reducing pain, improving mobility and supporting overall wellness. Her approach includes a combination of deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofacial release, passive stretching, Swedish massage and a variety of other techniques.
